• We always try to ship CLiCQUES at the most affordable prices, which depend on the destination country and the number of CLiCQUES in the package. Shipping is always calculated at checkout.

• If you are in a hurry, you can have your CLiCQUES in just a couple of days. For express shipping, please contact us before ordering and we will get back at you with the price and time of the delivery.

DIY STUFF
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CUT OUT THE CLiCQUES BACKGROUND?
• The backgrounds for the CLiCQUES houses (cardboard and wood) are best to be cut out using a utility knife and a ruler, but scissors also do the job.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER SHOULD I USE FOR THE BACKGROUND?
• We recommend using 200g sheets of paper (A4).
WHAT KIND OF PAINT SHOULD I USE FOR PAINTING DIY CLiCQUES?
• All DIY CLiCQUES are sealed with a child-safe varnish (EN-71/3 compliant) and can be painted with water-based paints.

WHAT IS THE AGE RECOMMENDATION FOR CLiCQUES?
• CLiCQUES are not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts which may pose a choking hazard.
• We recommend CLiCQUES for children aged 5 years and up.

CAN I RETURN MY CLiCQUES, IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
• If you are not satisfied with your CLiCQUES, you can return them by contacting us within 14 days of delivery.

DO CLiCQUES COME WITH A WARRANTY?
• Yes, all CLiCQUES sets come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. We do our best to ensure the best possible quality, but since CLiCQUES are made of wood, imperfections can be hidden. If a figurine should break or get damaged otherwise, please contact us at info@clicques.com and we will send you a replacement for free.
